Meet Barbara Appleton, Office Manager

I am a life-long resident of Nashville. My husband, Jimmy and I have two great sons, Nick and Chris. Both sons are married. My oldest son, Nick, and his wife, Martha gave us our first grandchild last year. Chris’s wife Carrie cheers for the Tennessee Titans.

I suffered from migraines for over 11 years with no relief from traditional healthcare. The next step in my treatment was a series of injections at the base of my skull to “numb” the pain. It was around that time my son Chris was injured playing high school football. That was when I first became aware of chiropractic care. Not only did Chris’ condition improve, but I also learned that chiropractic was an option for treatment of my headaches. I have been migraine free now for over 5 years.

When I am not at work, I enjoy different activities within my church, spending time with my granddaughter, Katie, playing with my three dogs, and working in my gardens.
