Shortly after scheduling your appointment, our friendly office manager, Amy, will send you our new patient paperwork via text or email. We encourage you to complete this paperwork online before your visit. This step ensures we have all the information needed to provide you with the best possible care. If you cannot complete it online, please arrive a few minutes earlier to fill it out in the office.
We also recommend that you wear comfortable clothing to your appointment. During your visit, we’ll conduct a functional exam, which may involve movement and flexibility tests. Loose, comfortable attire allows for ease of movement and ensures accurate assessment results.
What to Expect During Your Initial Visit
When you arrive, you’ll be warmly greeted by our team. We’ll collect any additional information and introduce you to Dr. Chris. Your initial consultation will involve discussing your medical history, followed by a comprehensive physical examination, including functional assessments. If necessary, we may perform X-rays during this visit.
Creating Your Targeted Care Plan
During the appointment for the report of findings, Dr. Chris will review your exam and X-ray findings, discuss treatment options, and collaborate with you to develop a customized care plan tailored to your needs.
It’s your health, so you always have the final say in your care. Dr. Chris will explain everything so you understand what’s happening in your body and how our care will address the problem.
The second visit typically lasts between 30 to 45 minutes, during which you’ll start your treatment plan. Amy will assist you in scheduling future appointments, ensuring they align with your schedule.
Financial Matters
During your second visit, Amy will discuss financial matters with you. She’ll review your care plan, verify your insurance benefits, and provide you with a detailed breakdown of costs and payment options. We accept all major credit cards and health savings accounts (HSAs).
We offer a 10% discount to military personnel and first responders as a token of our appreciation. It’s our small way of saying thank you for your service.
